Can't redeem a humble bundle key for a US game - IN US

I have a humble bundle key for HITMAN 2, and about 5 other games that I have not been able to redeem. There should be no reason (I do not own a copy, and I am in the correct country) why I cannot redeem this key, but it says that I cannot redeem it in my current country.

I am a medical student that studies abroad and I'm often in the Caribbean. However, currently, I am back in the US for a break.
I do play some games while in other countries, but this has never been an issue. I did try to redeem a few games while abroad and it gave me this issue. I assumed it was because of my IP. I tried to use a VPN and it did not work.
My country is set in my account settings to be in the US.
I am not using a VPN or anything of the sort when trying to redeem the key while back home in the states.

I have searched the humble bundle site for restrictions on this key for the US and there is not one. I have searched the steam support for where I can submit a ticket for help, but there is no such section that I can find.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to contact support about this issue, or to fix it?

Did you buy the keys from Humble when abroad?

HITMAN 2 and a few others were generated while abroad.
However, just now I tried to redeem WARSAW today in the US and it gave me the same issue.

As they are all from the same Humble Choice transaction, it's not surprising they all have the same issue.
Was the humble choice unlocked/purchased while you were abroad?

The newest transaction did not occur while I was abroad.

You'll need to contact Humble because your location data at the time saw you receive applicable keys to where you purchased the game. If there were no restrictions in place, I'd get my buddies in Russia to buy me the latest AAA games for a fiver a go.

Also don't use a VPN for this purpose on Steam because it could lead to an account lock.

No they are not. Some were done while in the US on breaks. The most recent example being today with WARSAW

You need to contact Humble Support and explain there. Your store locale may have still been detecting you as abroad especially if the device you were using hadn't had its cookies cleaned. Overseas payment methods can also trigger locality factors. The products will self-unlock after 3 months though but steer clear of VPN.
