Yes I got another friend request from someone of the same name, but first it was a request on another platform, on the UPLAY server thingy. Then they tried it on Steam obviously not knowing I had already clicked onto it.
I thought maybe he had unfriended me by mistake and was re-friending me, and i almost accepted it. Then I realised that this person was trying it on multiple gaming platforms I use. Xbox Beta, Uplay, Steam and so on
