BT Smart Hub 2 and remote play

I just went live with BT yesterday and I can no longer remote play! I was with Now TV and before then Virgin and I've never had an issue before with the hubs. I've gone from 100/1000 mbps bandwidth and 1-30 ms ping over the LAN to 1mbps bandwidth and 500ms ping using the BT smart hub 2!!! Please help I am absolutely devastated, steam remote play has been the heart of my home media set up.

Is this an easy fix or will I be better off changing provider/ router?

Can use your previous hubs/router check whether the problem router(hub) supplied? One ones provided by the supplier can often be quite poor.

Contact your service provider as they are the only ones who can look at and troubleshoot the problem.

Thanks just wanted to know if anyone else has had problems with BT smart hub 2? the.jester I still have the cheap NOWTV router and it streams fine. I thought the smart hub 2 would be better. Boy was I wrong.

Easy fix my connection default was public changed to private.... Bingo
