Forgot email for alt account but i have the passowrd and username

ok so couple min ago i tried logging into my old alt account which i have used for years , i put my username and password in and it asked me to check my email for a code , now i dont have the email , i dont remember it so i cant log in my account because of that.
question is , can steam support help with a problem like this ? should i contact them and if so how do i do it? from this account? since i cant contact them for the alt acc.

Log out and click "Help, I can't sign in" then follow the instructions for account recovery.
