Depot download failed : Manifest not available
when he types download_depot 440 441 6973855388248903753 it appears Depot download failed: Manifest not available. How to fix it?

Are you trying to download an older version of a game using a specific method?

Valve "patched" this and the result is the manifest error that you see.
