PLEASE HELP! Can't Upload anymore Artwork to Steam!

Hello, I'm an artist and I've been kinda lazy about uploading art to Steam, been wanting to upload more artwork recently and I found out I couldn't for some reason.

It gives me this error:

Would anyone know how to fix this, or what to check may be wrong? I should definitely have enough storage space in the steam cloud, and the images I want to send are not over the 8mb file-size limit. Please help!

Hello,
maybe try to restart your steam client or your pc if you have done that you might just have to wait for a bit and try it again

let me know if it worked otherwise i will give you other advises so you can fix it

Also open Steam top left corner settings web browser delete web browser cache, then downloads>delete download cache not cookies.
Steam restarts. Log in required.

I have done both of those things, restarted steam, and it has not worked. I tried this a few weeks ago and was told to wait, so I did and yet Steam is still not allowing me to upload my image. Does Steam only accept certain image dimensions? Like say 1920x1080? These have not worked unfortunately.

Unfortunately that did not work either. I also have not ever had any steam warnings besides 1 steam discussion warning many years ago, nor have I uploaded anything that was deemed inappropriate.

Your error message gives me a key as its unusual to see when uploading an Artwork off the computer you are using.
Is the image saved to your desktop? Then open Profile Artwork upload Artwork , select the image from your desktop or a local folder on your windows.
Give it a name a small description, tick that you have created this artwork. Then click upload.
I checked one of your images 1368 x 1367 pixels. So the size may not be your problem.
try using a PNG version instead of jpeg, drop your image onto a image editor then save as png.
It may just be Steam on peak time with Corona lock down there are millions more using Steam.

I uploaded a different image and found out that worked, so idk what is up with my original but I resized it and it worked. Thank you guys. I appreciate all your help

Hello all!

I have the same problem now, i tried on 2 diffrent PCs in diffrent Wlan, with my Phone with mobile data without wlan and Ipad and in browser and nothing worked for me. I get this Errorcode here:

Error:-118

How may i solve this problem, i am fairly annoyed now and steam support is not seeing any issue here, they sadly cant do a thing. Is there maybe anything i dont know about artworks? I uploaded everything in jpg or png and i did artworks before in the past. Since half a year its not working properly now...
