Login to the account you want to share. Go into Steam settings > Click on Family > Check box for "Authorize Library Sharing on this computer > A new area will appar, now check the box for the other account you wish to share with.
Do the same thing with the other account. Now you're both sharing between each other on the PC. Do this on the number of PC's you want it done one, example since there two PC's, just do these steps again on the other PC as well, so now both PC's has family sharing.
Do understand that only one person can be active on the library at a time. Example A1 = You, B1 = your daughter.
If A1 playing A1 games library, and B1 playing B1 games library, there no issue.
If A1 playing A1 games library, and B1 wants to play A1 games library, B1 will be told that A1 currently playing. Work the same vice versa.
If B1 playing A1 games library, and A1 started playing A1 games library, B1 will get a warning with 5 min countdown to save, and quit, before force close down because A1 want to play A1 games. Work the same vice versa.
if you have not logged into both accounts on both devices it absolutely will not work.
I had to remove the pc authorisation, redo the tick mark and then it started working.
The new Steam Families doesn't have this option anymore.
