it's been 3 days since I've been trying to buy items on the community market, specifically CSGO.
Every time I try, this error shows up:

"There was a problem purchasing your item. The listing may have been removed. Refresh the page and try again."

Is anyone else getting this issue?
I can't seem to contact Steam support about this either.

I am having the same issues right now, have you solved your problem yet? I have uninstalled and reinstalled steam, I have restarted my computer multiple times, yet I still am unable to purchase anything!

It seems to have been fixed a few days after making this post.

It got fixed for me too! I learned that if you have the problem again, try to buy a cheap game on steam, and if it works, just refund it. However, if it doesn't work, you can contact steam support and they will fix your problem within a few hours to a day!

This just happened to me & I figured out the solution. The issue was that Steam did not add in taxes to the total price of the item when trying to purchase. It only added steam & Counter Strike fees. Hence if your wallet only had the exact amount as the purchase amount shown on steam, it will not go through.

To Fix the issue, go to "place buy orders" and put the purchase amount from the error in the "What price do you want to pay" and whatever amount shows up in "Maximum Price" is the amount you need to have in your steam wallet for the transaction to go through.

Hope this helps someone else.
