Garrys Mod on Mac Yosemite 10.10.5

I wanted to know if it is possible to play Garry´s Mod on a Mac Yosemite. I plan to buy the game but I don't know if it is possible to play it in Yosemite (10.10.5)

Also newer version Mac OS than yours drop 32bit support, so if you get Garry mod, you will have to opt in for beta for the 64bit version. You have to ask in the Garry mod forum for more answers.

For gaming experience, that can vary, if you have a dedicated GPU such as AMD / Nvidia, or using iGPU such as intel for your Mac. I assume this is a mac book, which would be using iGPU.
