Our demo is not showing up on our page why is this?

We have released our game demo on steam called down2die but its not showing a download demo, its fully released and accepted but it does not show the download for anybody.

In that case, you should probably double, triple and quadruple check your store page settings. Do this until you spot the place where things aren't as they need to be.

Doesn't Steam have a separate support section for sellers?

yeah the other developer for the game is contacting steam, and made a ticket but though ill post here as well if somebody has gone though same issues
