[Solution] Discord not working when downloading on Steam

So I found that my Discord would stop "working" or I won't be able to hear anyone anymore but they'll still be able to hear me when I'm downloading something on Steam. This ONLY happened with Steam and not any other game launchers I was using.

I learned that setting the Download Bandwidth Limit to 25 Mb/s (max) still allows for games to be downloaded at a decent speed but doesn't effect Discord issues.

Just wanted to post for future reference just in case someone has the issue in the future.

If you have to limit the bandwidth on Steam to use another service while downloading, something on your end is not right.

Idk I'm wired in on a Allo Fiber so it might be on my end. Was just making a post to help those who need it lmao
