Can't start a game - An error occurred while updating the wall (missing executable)

So I just got a new game, and it says this error when I try to update it and launch it. Iv'e searched everywhere and I did everything - removed files, vailedted them, unistalled, all of that. It still doesn't work. Has anyone had this problem and managed to fix it?
