I lost my money, i paid 40 PLN (8.83 EUR) as a PSC, after 1 hour I still didn't got any money, please help.

Steam says:

To English it's:

So it's pending, which means that the transaction is still being processed. Wait till it either succeeds or fails.

Also I have to say, that in PSC pin balance check, it says that Steam taked the money and transaction is accepted.

That's normal. Money always gets put on a hold. If the transaction goes through, it will convert to an actual charge. If it doesn't go through, the hold gets cancelled and the money is returned.

Now, when I check things I purchased, my 40 pln PSC purchase is gone from the purchase list .-.
EDIT: Steam refused transaction but TAKED MY MONEY.

Po dłuższym czasie kręcenia pieniądze pojawiły się losowo na moim koncie, więc dobrze jest chwilę poczekać.

Tak samo, kupiłem około godziny 19.00, kilka tanich gier za 26 zł i ich nie dostałem a pieniądze z PSC zniknęły. Nie wiem co zrobić. Pisze że transakcja oczekuje.

Dziś o godzinie 19.05 kupiłem 5 gier na promocji o wartości razem około 26 zł. Piszę że transakcja oczekuje i do tej pory nie dostałem tych gier, a pieniądze z PSC którym płaciłem zniknęły.

Teraz piszę, że wyszło niepowodzenie i nie zwrócili mi pieniędzy tylko dali jakąś jakąś cholerną zniżkę o 4 zł. Po prostu świetnie.
