Can I see the list of games with limited profile features?

Remember when Steam started to indicate whether a freely given away game has limited profile features? That neither achievements, nor the game itself will count in your library? How can I see which games from my library has this limitation?

I don't think anyone ever made a tool to search for this, but hard to say if anyone thought of it, or has done it.

But on Steam there's no way of knowing, as the only way of finding out is visiting each of the game stores, and check if it has it, or not. Normally it's free to play games that has this.

Does it mean that this limitation is permanent for certain games, and it isn't assigned during giveaways or any other event?

For free to play games I believe so.

Now IDK if this is recent, but I believe Steam made changes, if you give the game 100% discount, people that claim for free will be mark not able to get card drops, is what the claims I seen on reddit, but again idk if true, as I haven't tested this, and when looking at your account history it shows that game is not a normal license, but they still do count to your profile game count.

Game like this that new, or low sales, or reviews, has "learning" which means can't get card drops, and won't count to your profile game count.

"Learning" isn't the same case, but fine. I should be investigating this issue for the future giveaways.
