hacking my acount

I have two accounts, one is Level 0, so they gave it to me, I had put it on faceit, I went to Level 5 primium, the store where I was playing closed the account of the virus for 30 days
at home I don't have a good 4.8 connection at most and I was playing with the other account
(danger zone, 5vs5, deathmatch,demotion anything,) I didn't open the other account for 30 days yesterday, I tried to do it and it didn't leave me as if I was entering the wrong password

I finally went to the other profile to find out if the account exists and I see that 3 days ago banned for cheating..
I also have a photo ... I think its hacking me.. because i am not so idiot to play with cheat with this account i have to faceit level 5..
if I wanted to play with cheat I would play with the other account I have for fun

pls help me.. i dont want to lose this account because play faceit.. pls tell want to do help me people :( :( :(

What kind of account was the one in the shop?

Did you create it? Who gave it to you?

Giving, or sharing accounts is agasint the services agreement.

If someone gave you the account, then it's three possibles.
A) You gave the login details away for the account to be hijacked by someone, such as logging in on phising sites.

B) The person the gave you the account, reclaim the account, and cheated on the account.

C) You're lying, and looking for people to pity you for cheating.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

If you want to advoid problems, I suggest you make your own accounts, don't let others make it for you, don't buy accounts from others, and don't use other people account, there no reason to not make your own account, as it's FREE to make your own account. FYI CSGO is FREE TO PLAY since 2018, so no excuse really.

i am sirius guy bro... i play cs since 2004 .. admin.. public server.. head admin Mirc and forum channels-cs.. anti-cheat leader .. i have 10.000 steam id from players. to look.. to banned and more more more i have picture

If you didn't create the account, then it is not yours. If Valve gets notice of that, they may delete the whole account.

Doesn't matter what your age, or if you have family it does not matter, if you cheat, and got caught, no one going to pity you simple as that.

Read the steam subscriber agreement. Accounts are not allowed to be shared, given, or sold.

now I'm learning this I generally didn't do it wrong and now I pay the consistent ones
It's a shame I played so nicely in faceit level 5 now I have to do another account it's over he finally has some administrator can talk :)

There's no such thing of administrator. There's only Steam support, and they only reply by ticket, not by chat, or anywhere else, anyone claiming to be administrator, or etc is most likely a scam to trick you into giving your account, items, or money to them like a dummy.

Yes, because I doubt faceit going to support really, so just make a new account, and start over, as you have no business to be using other people account, and it's only a matter of time the real owner of the account takes it back from you by force, making you lose it anyways in the end, so save yourself the drama, and make a new account yourself, I suggest don't use the same password, and never share your login details with anyone.
