I cannot gift steam wallet gift cards, dota 2 battlepass or even dota 2 in game item
I wanna gift battlepass to my friend but he isn't listed in the list of friends i can give gifts to, i can't give him dota in game item, i can't give him battlepass, even i cannot give him steam digital gift cards, anyone know why?

sorry for the delay.

is the system not showing a gift option?
do you and your friend live in different regions?
are you trying to pay for the gift using steam wallet or external payment (credit/debit card, paypal, etc)?
