Cant add friends / use community market with level 9 and 16 years old account

Hey i recently got this account from a friend of mine so i tried to add friends and i couldnt as i couldnt use the community market
any explanation ? and is it possible to open a steam support ticket and fix this ?

not your account, you have no business using it

account sharing is a violation of the SSA and grounds for all related accounts (yours and your friends) to be locked/terminated. please read the SSA, links are at the bottom of every forum

i just said that i got it from a friend mate idc if its his or not i just got it from him and the question was obvious

Nothing to fix from Valve side. The account is limited, that's why you can't use the market or send friend requests.

You can still receive friend requests from non-limited accounts.

Unlimit the account by spending the equivalent of 5 dollar into the account. Keep in mind that digital gift cards and gifts do not count.

just keep this in mind. the original owner of the account can recover it at any time they wish, regardless of changes made to the account. anything you add to the account becomes theirs, and there is nothing you can do about it. we have seen people wait years to recover an account.

and if you dont know who the original account owner is....you got bigger issues.

i already got my main profile that i spent hundreds on im just using this one as a smurf also ma mate just gived it to me so i really got no problem if it got recovered or not
also im not sure if its actually a ( cracked account or not ) cause he been playin cs since early 2000s so it could be his
