I can't buy anything else on steam, I was banned in some games, does it have links?

I was banned in some games at a time, after 1 years I was unable to buy anything on steam, always from an error 11, saying that I have no authorization, or that I was unable to buy

"After 1 year" - you have to have a purchase in steam's system (not in-game purchases, but real steam buys) once a year. Buy something cheap. Wait the 7 days. You'll have access again.

If you mean you cannot buy ANYTHING on steam, not just on the market, then yeah you should look into WHY your account is banned from that. If it's been a year, that payment method is never going to be used again for that account. You would have had a 30 day or so window to fix the problem, after that time it became permanent.

To lose option to buy games on Steam, means by one of the following.
A) Chargeback, which restrict your account from buying anything anymore.
B) You did something to violates steam services to get your account restricted, such as caught sharing, renting out, or was trying to sell your Steam account.
C) You're not the owner of the account, and trying to buy something with the locked account.

That suggests to me either you don't want to make effort to check what the issue as why you have this problem, or you knew what you did what cause you the issue.
