Failed to authorize computer (limit exceeded)

I downloaded a game from my friends account on steam, then I went back to my library to play the game, I clicked on "Borrow", says "Request Access" so I clicked it, and sent it to my friend so he could accept me to let me play the game. But, after I sent it, a pop-up comes up and says "Failed to authorize computer (limit exceeded)" I have looked up alone and couldn't find a single working solution. Please, if you have any advice, post them in the comments, thank you.

He told me 5 Friends (including me) I don't know about devices though
