Region Locked Key
What happens when activate a game/key (region-locked) I already own?

Example: I already got Street Fighter V. What would happen when I activate the same game (Region Locked - JP) again?

I know, it's a stupid question. Please be nice

A: You cant activate a key for a game you already own

C: If the key includes something you dont already have (DLC) it would normally activate but in the case of a region lock it will just tell you that you are not in the correct region and refuses to activate.
