Solution for "MISSING DOWNLOADED FILES" error or the "Log Clog"
Hello everyone, I just discovered this yesterday and thought I should post it here to help somebody who might be having the same problem I had. If you are getting the "MISSING DOWNLOADED FILES" error then go here **Whatever Drive you have steam on\Steam\steamapps\workshop\downloads** and delete everything within it. It will not delete your workshop content or downloaded workshop content what so ever nor will you have to re-download it, all this does it un-jam your downloads so you can continue downloading whatever. I hope this helps whoever may see this and is having this problem.

[Please note this worked for me and this may or may not be a solution to a somewhat common problem some may have.]

Go to your Steam folder, then open your steamapps folder, then within that open your workshop folder and then open the downloads folder and delete all the files within the downloads folder. I hope that helped!

I would say try re-installing your game.

I used the Clear Download Cache option under settings > downloads and it also seems to have fixed the problem.

None of these have worked for me. I have tried countless things for hours but it still says "MISSING DOWNLOADED FILES"

This same file keeps not downloading whenever I redownload the game, I even tried adding a blank .txt file in its place with the correct name but that didn't work either.

any suggestions on how I could fix this issue?

Thanks!

I'm having the exact same issue, no idea. Very frustrating.
