Updated ubuntu steam error
backstory, Everything was working fine until the upgrade to the latest version of ubuntu.
Steam randomly decided to uninstall itself.
Can't reinstall steam if anybody has any ideas.

I didn't see a Steam for Ubuntu sub forum.

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
steam:i386 : Depends: libgl1-mesa-dri:i386 (>= 17.3) but it is not going to be installed or
libtxc-dxtn0:i386 but it is not installable
Depends: libgl1-mesa-glx:i386 but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: mesa-vulkan-drivers:i386 but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

If I also try adding the steam repository (beta) still having the issue

sudo apt-get install \
> libgl1-mesa-dri:amd64 \
> libgl1-mesa-dri:i386 \
> libgl1-mesa-glx:amd64 \
> libgl1-mesa-glx:i386 \
