Needs 2 screens to see and edit buttons versus one in LGS.
I could write over a page detailing why not to use GHUB. Shame as I got a G502 before xmas and tried to persevere with it....finally had enough and purchased a G502 Hero. Having a wired version with LGS is way, way, way better than wireless and GHUB
Actually I did purchase the G502 Hero, that is the one I'm trying to program. I know on the keyboard WASD are used for movement but with the G502 having 11 programable buttons I want to be able to use one button to more forward, one to move back, one to interact, one to attack, etc. The problem is I can't figure out how to program the buttons. Do I need to purchase the game first?
Along the top you'll see profiles. Click the + icon to create a new profile. In that window name it and there should be another + to link the profile to the application. If you don't have the game you can't do that step yet. Save/Ok that window.
With that profile selected look near the bottom and you'll see icons for Buttons, Sensitivity and Lights. Select the Buttons.
If you have a game installed if can scan and pull info for games. For example it might have a z - Block, T - blast or something. You can drag those to whichever button you want.
Optionally you can right click any button and assign a new command to it. Have various categories to choose from. Select or create what you want here and assign it to the buttons.
