Are Steam's Friend Codes permanent?
Do they cycle every 30 days like the Quick Invites? Is there any way to change my friend code in Steam?

The friend code? No. It's just an identifier for you.

I wouldn't post the Quick Invite link publicly, though. Depending on where it's placed, you could find your friends list filled with a lot of unknown people. Send the Quick Invite link to someone you trust privately.
