steam suddenly blocking contacts on friends list

after I've logged into {LINK REMOVED}, I've noticed that people on my friends list are randomly blocked without me doing anything, is this a bug with steam or is it something else?

It’s probably you. The website name is censored because it’s not to be trusted. You should assume that your PC and/or account is compromised and currently being used to spam your friends with phishing links.

If you ever get shady links or voting site links never click em they will take over your account and block friends after sending bad links to them.
