Refund with ideal

Hi all :)
I was wondering how long it takes for me to get my refund? I choose Ideal and i'm from The Netherlands.
My freind refunded the same game with paypal around the same time and he already got his money back..

When they approve your refund, then it's up to your credit card / bank transfer to handle the incoming transaction as depends how long it takes them to process that incoming transaction, could take couple days, or weeks, depending on your service that you're with, as not all services provide the same kind of expecting time how they handle transactions.
