Steam for linux-beta on Chromebook showing very little diskspace
I recently acquired a Chromebook and downloaded Steam onto it using linux-beta available on the Chrome OS. The download went smoothly and I now have the Steam client, but whenever I try to download a game I get a notification that there is not enough disk space.

I was looking up similar errors earlier and found that most people fixed this by simply changing their default steam library folder to one that had disk space. However, I did that, and in my steam library folders tab is says that I have 12.78 GB of free space, but when I go to download a game into that same library folder it says that I only have a small amount (12191 MB) of free space and cannot games because of that.

Has anyone else running steam on linux had similar problems? Or knows how to fix this?

Means you don't have enough space. Games are compressed when downloading, then decompress afterwards, if you don't have the space, then of course you will not be able to install it.

You have only 12GB, and you're trying to install a 12+GB game, why?
