Suggestions on single player FPS games on medium-low spec PC?

I tried browsing on the web, can't find any great suggestions.
Would be grateful to hear some suggestions.
I can barely run Call of Duty MW2, so probably games below it.

I'm sorry, but I don't currently have the opportunity to buy a new PC. I would love to hear some older FPS games though...maybe games released around 2011? Not too sure

Okay then.

Borderlands 1 and 2 - maybe you need chop down some details, but they should run. Of course if you dont mind cartoony art style.

Doom 3 BFG edition - how comes you dont own it? A must, really.

Skyrim Legendary Edition - while in theory its a RPG, whole game can be played in first person mode.

Sniper 2 - Ghost Warrior - a very underrated game. A good choice if you dont mind using only pistols and sniper rifles. (as a real sniper should)

Fallout New Vegas - another must, really.

Far Cry 2 (I like it, some don't), probably 3 as well (I don't like it, most do).
