He makes me artwork , REPORTS ME FOR USING IT!?!?! FULL OF ♥♥♥♥ OR NOT ?"abusive report". Also a false report. I would also like to know if anything will happen to my steam account ? Will it get redistricted from trading etc ? What will happen after all this...

This is a user forum so no one here can help you. Also if someone managed to issue an DMCA against an artwork you uploaded you probably shouldn't upload other peoples stuff.

The ban only seems to be 1 day long as well.

That depends. Should you be a repeated offender, the punishment may become more severe.
