hey I also always had the same problem until I disable my firewall..... It happens when your antivirus wants to "enhances" your firewall and block internet connection to servers. Go disable it and restart your computer it should work. If u are scared that hacker might hack into your computer just enable your antivirus nothing bad should happen :/

for norton internet security go to settings, network, smart firewall, program rules and find csgo and find the arrow next to it and mine said blocked set it to allow and it worked and i didnt have to disable my anti virus software

I have disabled my firewall, reinstalled the game, tried to play from another network, nothing works...

same im pretty sad because i have a not bad inventory and i dont wanna waste it for nothing ;-;
