[Solved] Help - games not installed. (all files are in \steamapps)

Steam wants me to re-install all games but every file is in \steamapps. And when I try to download them, it freezes system so I have to hard-turn-off pc.

Starting game from files works, but it's complicated that way, to click trough all of it.

You simply go into Steam Client > Library; any game you know is actually present, click Install > Steam sees those files are present > Verifies the game.

When you backup SteamApps; there is another folder in Steam with a manifest file for anything installed in Steam; without those that's why this occurs.

Thanks :) I found out it didn't recognize some files so it had to reinstall it.
