PS4 Controller not recognised by Windows 10?

So the past few days iv been playing MWR on PC with my Controller using DS4Windows, and today when i went to jump on all 4 of my controllers are just blinking orange once and then turning off? i looked in device manager and it just says wireless controller driver error? iv tried using different usb ports too.
