A match has been found but you failed to accept it

Everytime I try to start a mm match whenever I am alone or in a lobby, it says "confirming match" but I dont get the "Accept" button and only receive a message: (a match has been found but you failed to accept it).
I have tried:
1.Restarting steam clients
2.Reinstalling CS:GO
3.Restarting router
4. Setting lauch options
5.setting max ping/min
6. Server blockers
7.Restarting the game or changing lobby
Please help me, I am not able to play the game for like a week normaly.

My friend does have the same problem, it helps him if he restarts cs:go or most of the time he needs to restart hes computer. Not sure if this will help u.
