So I bought this game twice in order to get a second cd-key - ACCESS DENIED

It shows me buying this game in 2016. I tried to remove it completely from my account to get a NEW CD key and STEAM will not do it. You sold it to me again, with this new expantion. Nothing like buying a game a second time to get the same cd-key. That's the ONLY reason why I bought this game and the stormblood combo. To get a NEW cd key. You charged me for a game TWICE but only game me ONE CD-KEY. I can not register the expantion to a old game that I do not have the account info; forgot what e-mail I used and long since forgot it. I want my NEW CD-KEY and the key corosponding with it so I can register it on the MOG website and PLAY

you dont get another key. you get the first one. create a new steam account.

That isnt how this works. If you remove a game its gone from your library but the CD key is still linked to your account. When you buy the game again Steam just reactivates the old copy.
This is as intended to prevent users from buying new copies of games in which they are banned for example.

You cant remove a cd key from a steam account, if you somehow manage to buy the game again or purchase a key from another website you wont be able to use it here. What happens is the original key is reactivated.

I should've added "I knoew it wouldn't have sharged me for the game a second time with it in my library. That's why I fully removed it inorder to purchase the game again." -no point in buying a cd-key twice...

You cant fully remove a cdkey, you can remove the game but the key will always be linked to your steam account.

I simply would apply the multiple account would be considered a cheat for multi-boxing. But you have to pay for your services and they're with your cd-ley's account that you registered. I lost my e-mail I used for it.
