Steam Account Inheritance

First and foremost, under no circumstance am I planning to ever break any Steam rules.
Now then, the question itself. Say, I have a lot of games on my account. Whoosh - now I'm old and have a child. I'm going to die and wish my child to inherit my steam library.
Apparently, I can't will my account to be inherited and used by my child after I die. Is that so?
If that's the case, can I give them my steam login and password so they can use my library trough family sharing, without even logging in into it after the sharing is set up?
Is there any way at all I can pass my steam library on to my children?

if you bequeath it to someone with ALL the account info to provide proof of ownership, sure.

or not say anything to anyone and let him have ALL that info anyways.
