i want to buy a steam gift card but want a little bit more for a cheaper price and i found one of $25 steam gift card for 20 but im not sure if it is a scam and anyone tell me please because there is no $25 steam card so im hesitant to buy it.

Steam cards cannot be purchased 'cheaper'. If you want a $20 card, you pay $20. It's that simple. Anything else is a scam. Only buy from official retail sources which have cards/receipts with full till authentication.

Gameflip is a fine marketplace. I bought and sold on there for over a year now with no problem. They do have a good buyer protection (I got refunds from bad code once).

You still want to watch out for scammy sellers who want to rate "first" before delivering the code or item. If the seller delivers a code that does not work, just file a dispute, and you will be okay.

Probably best not to encourage users to use a site which is already filtered as an unathorised 3rd party site by Valve.
