Every account with Half-Life Platinum Pack is affected by this glitch, including myself as well. This is server-side glitch, so we can't do anything except wait for Valve to fix the issue.

can confirm, haven't heard anything official that it's a server glitch though.
if you see here, https://steamdb.info/sub/1/history/, the games have been removed from the platinum pack. Either glitch or related to ongoing updates?

I don't have the Half life premium pack, but all my half life games won't install or launch. They act as if they're in a beta
