Is there a way to bypass upload video to get the next community level?

I'm stuck in the Community Leader stage, because I don't want to link my youtube account or make a video anyway. Is there a legitimate way to get to the next level with only 27 out of 28 actions or am I stuck there forever? It's not about the XP, I just want to know what's next.

BTW, I think it's stupid to force users to make actions that really mean nothing to them.

link youtube account go here https://www.youtube.com/upload create a slideshow video add 1 or two pics add it to steam.when you get your badge delete video from youtube and unlink your youtube account.

Don't want to link your own channel? Then create a new one, post any crap to it, complete the tasks and earn the badge.

I guess I'll have to do something like that. If Steam actually cared about the uploaded videos content it wouldn't be a throwaway task, anyway.
