See. Clearly this fellow is trolling. It doesn't matter if you remember when you bought it. The system knows when you bought it and how long you played it for so it's not like you can hide it.

every time you go and request a refund it shows you the purchase date using both methods of refunding. and support has the transaction records anyways.
What do you expect will happen if you spam support with tickets? No means no. Accept that and move on.
