Can I refund a game that I played 6 hours?
Hello! As you saw in the title, I want to refund h1z1 king of the kill, but I've played 6 hours, and I tried to refund it 2 times, but I couldn't. Steam just won't let me. I really know it's obvious I can't if they didn't accept me 2 times already, but is there a way, I really want to get my money back, I can't run h1z1 really well and I want to buy another game. Could someone help me?

6 hours is past the 2 hour limit. If they said no, the the answer is no.

*Sigh* Do people not read the specs needed to run a game before they buy it anymore?

I know about the 2 hours and 2 weeks, but I found a guy who refunded a game with over 5 hours, so that's why I'm asking. Also a friend refunded games with over 2 hours too.

It's decided on a case-by-case basis. If you ask and they say no, then that's your answer, even if they said yes to someone else.

And first. You believed this guy? You believed the word of random dude over the internet? What proof did he show?

See. Clearly this fellow is trolling. It doesn't matter if you remember when you bought it. The system knows when you bought it and how long you played it for so it's not like you can hide it.

Well, I don't know about this guy on the internet, but I know my friends, so at least they're not lying.

every time you go and request a refund it shows you the purchase date using both methods of refunding. and support has the transaction records anyways.

I know this is late but if they said no once and you send in more tickets aft that, do you think they could say yes? I had a game with 13 hours get refunded before.

What do you expect will happen if you spam support with tickets? No means no. Accept that and move on.

You might get banned from refunding if you spam so i wouldn't advice it.
