COM Surrogate!!!

Is there anyway to remove this Microsh!t maleware? It's attached it's dll.exe to some of my games and they will not run without it. I didn't have this issue until M$ prepared everyone for W10. Now, it's screwing my system up and other things as well. I tried getting help from online with my AVS / Security and they refuse to disable it due to it being a Microsh!t program. Well, it's pure f@%^&g garbage.

When having issue in game, I open Task Manager and there it is, and whenever I end the process, the game quits playing and I'm back to my Library.

That's a canary/scapegoat for shell extensions. If you have problem with that, its because you installed a program with a badly written shell extension.

Thanks. I remember how to do it right after I asked. Back on Steam now so, I'll try it again. Somethig is still making use of my CPU and don't know what that is.

OK, here's what's going on now. When I restarted the game, waitied for it to load and go to the servers list, I went to open TM. It wouldn't open normally. So, I used the overlay to get back to Steam with the game still running, same deal but, it still did not open. I closed the game and with quickness, I reopened TM and just as I did, I saw a glimps of COM Surrogate and before I had any chances of shutting it down, it disappeared on me as it does many times with other items. >:(

What's ao bad about this task disappearing? I ask you if the game works in clean boot, not if the COM canary works.

You not listening, it runs when I play this game. It disappears now, when the game stops playing. It runs the game, without it, the game will NOT run. Got it?

What I don't get is what's the problem. First, I assumed you have a problem with the COM surrogate crashing, a clean boot tends to solve that. Now you talk about it running, not crashing. So what's tue problem here?

The problem is, it's screwing up my games. I don't want the MF in my system, period! It's been doing nothing but changing things everywhere. At times, when I check out some folders, they're gone or, empty. I open up TM and this frkn program is running. I end the process and my folders return. I'm tired of it, that's the frkn problem.

My PC run really GREAT, before this program was installed on my PC.

Please elaborate, screwing up what? How?

EDIT: Saw the folder thing. Why not unistall that game? You can't play the game without it but you don't want it so there is your choice?
I mean if it is included with the game, did you look this up somewhere?

What game is it? Can you upload the file that runs on virustotal.com ?

Miscreated. It's causing a lot of fps drops, stuttering and even Steam's fps counter disappears. Each time I see it in TM, I end process and the game quits.When I restart them game, it's back.

Well, as I said, the COM surrogate is a host process for COM shell extensions. So if you don't want it, uninstall the shell extension that gets loaded in it.
