Refunding with recent password change takes longer... Why and when will I have my money back ???
"Because you recently made a change to your account's security, your refund request's processing will be delayed to protect your account from unauthorized activity."

So I guess this is just an another annoying steam security feature. I waited for a chance to change to a new and better password like 2 years (bc ironicaly changing the password with all trade bans and restrictions for account security prevented me from securing accout gg gaben) now I dont trade so often so I changed it some time ago. Meanwhile I bought PUBG, played for 90 minutes, my PC was tortured so I asked for a refund and thus wanna spent my money elsewhere...

How long it will take ? Asking somebody who had similiar problem in the past, also should I fear that I could lost the right for the refund when it will take longer than 14 days ? (I refunded it like 4 hours after purchase though)

Yeah, its soo horrible that an account hijacker can't just do all what he wants with your account and instead has to wait.
You won't lose your right to refund. It matters when you issue tue request, now when it gets granted.

With my email gone and my phone gone for hijacker to have in order to get into my account random refund requests (that have cooldown on its own even without this) would be really not my biggest problem

But still a problem. One way or another, if theres a sign of a possible hijack, things get delayed to make sure the original owner can reverse the damage. If you want to avoid that in future, don't act like a hijacker and change your password instead of resetting it.

Well, I have never reset my password, just change it without any suspicious activity just to make my account more secure... if I knew that this would happen I would keep my old password bc of these annoying restrictions....

Still I would like to know how long it takes from somebody who has experience with this...

Almost everything is a password reset. Only doing it within the client is a change.

If you requested it back to your wallet, you are fine. The sale ends for the game on Nov 5th.
