"Compare your hardware to that of other Steam Users" just shows website?

Just wondering if I'm missing anything (or doing anything wrong) - in the Help>System Information, at the bottom of the List, it has a Link that states:

Compare your hardware to that of other Steam users

But clicking on the Link only shows the Steam Hardware Survey Data (listing the components and software it can detect) - where is the "comparison"?

I thought it would keep track of what it detected in my system and show how it compares to the data, perhaps even just highlighting 'what I have' somewhere in the tables.
However, 'what I have' seems to not matter, after clicking the link, as it is not 'compared' anywhere.

Just wondering if I'm missing anything (or not)... maybe there is no 'comparison' made at this time (it just shows you the data)..?
