Register for Payment Paysafecard?

Hey all.
I know, i need to register myself for a 100 euro + Paysafecard (that atleast was the last i heard).
But i wanted to try to redeem a 25 euro Paysafecard to my Account, but i dont get the option to redeem my Code. It just say i need to register or use a scanner blabla.
Did PSC change radical or what is going on?

Meh sucks. was always a fan of psc on steam. simple and fast.. x.x
guess im sitting on a 25 euro psc till they change it :(

Im from germany, had never any trouble with PSC till today.

most likely do to fraud. i bet valve has had many complaints about this.

its only with steam. all other payments with paysave without steam are no problem.
