Friend's account hijacked, email and password changed.

Anyone know how to contact Steam directly, if at all?

I'm currently trying to gather some information on how my friend can recover their account after it got hijacked. A user over Discord is impersonating an Official employee asking for $100 for an "updated account ID". Lol

I'm not sure what email they use for this kind of support, so any information related to this is highly appreciated.

They tried, but it didn't work as they had their email changed.

Just enter the old email address and when it sends the recovery code, just say you no longer have access to that email account.
