HELP ME - "The system cannot find the drive specified"

hello! I am getting this error whilst trying to run GTA 5 which i just bought and instaled:
G:\Launcher\Launcher.exe
The system cannot find the drive specified
And i don't know how to run it. Some useful information about my PC. I have an SSD and a 3TB hard drive (that has all my other games on). However, my hard drive is playing up and is not showing in my file explorer so i cannot play any games as they say they're not installed etc. The only drive available is the C drive, which I'm assuming is the SSD. I cleared some space on this drive so i could download GTA on it and it did this successfully, but now when i try to run it i get that error. Please help me out as the only game i can play during this COVID-19 lockdown is minecraft at the moment...

Hi, i had this problem too and havent been able to find it anywhere, so i decided to try some things myself and one of them worked i have just done it so it will work hopfully. Go to this page and click download for windows (its the rockstar games launcher) once the installer has finished open the rockstar launcher from your desktop let it do its thing and once its open try open gta from your desktop worked for me let me know if it worked for you :)

Just had this issue too. I recently reconfigured my storage situation. I am showing the age of my rig here, but I removed my mSata boot drive to install a wifi antenna, and now have a 250 ssd boot drive and a 1tb ssd for my game files and a 1tb hdd for other programs and files. All that to say, when I reloaded my games the directories were goofed.

If you run the rockstar-games-launcher, that should correct your issue.

you need to install the rockstar launcher by yourself. download it at rockstar website and then install it into your installed GTAV steam specified directory
