Garrys Mod Refund
Hello / Good evening, it's been 3 days already since I made my reimbursement request for Garry's mod (I played 31 minutes, and I bought it 4/5 days ago) but the game does not stick with my connection (error to download the maps + the game and the voice chat which lag and also a download screen which is very slow). I did receive a steam mail announcing that they had received my request but I had nothing after that, and that worries me because I fear the fact of exceeding the deadline (14 days). Any quick answer will be very helpful.

Steam refunds always take some time. Especially of the high traffic they have at the moment because there are more people than usual using steam.
Just make a screenshot of your refund request / the confirmation mail and you're good

If it's in processing, then it's just time for you to wait.

If you had the refund sent to your Steam wallet it will tell you when to expect it.

If you had it go to your bank account or any other source like credit card, that will take an added amount of time due to banking hours.

What if they never answer me?

They will answer. With the current COVID-19 situation ticket times are longer than normal.
Alright then, how much will it takes in your opinion?

I honestly don't know. All I can suggest is to wait, and check your spam and trash folders to confirm the emails aren't ending up there.

Edit - If you recently reset your password, that delays refund requests by 72 hours.
Alriiiiiiight, thanks

If 2 weeks goes by, you can use them as proof - not to mention this thread. They'll get to it. It's very clogged right now. Be patient.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
