PLEASE HELP! "Email address is no longer monitored"!

I'm having a huge problem with not being able to log in to Steam on my cell phone or tablet. I've always been able to in the past but after not logging in to Steam for a couple of weeks, I no longer can. I can log in to Steam on my PC but not my phone. The answer I get from Steam is "This email address is no longer monitored" No explanation on how to fix it is offered. I'm stumped and super frustrated. PLEASE HELP? Thank you in advance!

The support email was discontinued when the new support system took its place...

Ensure the date/time is correctly set on your phone, manually update it.

I am only logged in one pc. cannot login anywhere now. please help. no steam guard code is sent and im unable to change email address as code is not sent to new address as well. i;m desperate
