Steam Regularly breaking computer
Approximately once a week I start up my PC and the whole thing is completely useless. Clicking on any program freezes the computer and opening up steam reveals the steam menu at the top of the page, but the main area in the middle is a buggy mess of white boxes. If you click anywhere on the steam window, the computer freezes again.
I'm on windows 10 and have a decent spec gaming PC. I don't have any programs on the PC except for steam, discord, chrome and my steam games.
My solution at the moment is (when this happens) to do a system point restore back a few days to where the computer still works fine. This gets me back to the point where I can open up programs, but steam is still broken. Once I completely uninstall steam the computer runs super fast again.
I reinstall a fresh copy of steam and download all of my games again, but I know that in a few days the computer will break again.
Anyone have this issue or know a fix? Anything would be appreciated.

Your PC hardware needs fixing.

Steam does not do this to computers. Hard drive failure, on the other hand, does. Fix your stuff.
In general set everything that does not need to start with computer to
not autostart.

And close everything you started before shutting of pc.
