How do I pimp my steam profile background?

I always see all these people on steam who have nice profiles and biz, but how do I do that? Sorry, but Im a noob on steam.

You can buy backgrounds on the market

I dont see any buttons that show me how to do that :/

You have to unlock them in-game, for CSGO maybe spend some money and you will get it in your inventory, go to your profile and edit background. Check if you can buy them separately.

The option doesnt appears if you have no background in inventory.

You will have to get to level 10 first before you can add showcases to your profile.
