Skyrim SE Can't recharge my weapon?

So I was playing Skyrim SE with a couple of mods (namely the craftable nightingale gear) I crafted two NG blades, enchanted one to steal 50 Health/Magicka and the other (Via the alchemy exploit) to deal 38809 fire damage and steal souls. This second blade has run out of charges, sort of. There's this blue-ish color filling the bar, but it's different from a normally charged weapon. Every time I use it, the game says it has insufficient charge. But I can't recharge it. Not that this is a super big problem (I deal 3760972 damage with it anyway) But I am curious as to why that is. Does anyone have a clue?

EDIT: Just tried it in vanilla, same problem. :(
